Regional Islamic High School Initiative

The DC Regional Islamic High School Initiative is
a collaborative effort of Muslim educators from
several Muslim communities in the DC, MD and
Northern VA areas.
Collectively we have designed a working plan to begin
a Regional High School,
Additional Information:
All of these goals are meant to be achieved through
collaborative efforts and resources of the Islamic
communities of the DC, MD and Northern VA areas.
Our goals are to:
- Open by Fall 2006
- Provide high quality Islamic education that prepares the student for
colleges, universities or vocational programs
- Provide an accredited high school diploma
- Provide Arabic as well as other foreign language opportunities in
addition to standard high school curriculum
